This is an action in claim and delivery instituted by the plaintiff to recover from the defendant certain furniture and household effects, or their reasonable .value, with damages for their unlawful detention. Upon issue being joined, the cause was tried to a jury, and resulted in a verdict in the plaintiff’s favor.
