LOCKWOOD, Justice:
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court, Maricopa County, in favor of the appellee, the Valley National Bank, the plaintiff below in an action to recover deficiencies due on eleven promissory notes given by appellants to the Bank. The appellants, T. Ed Peterson, Jr. and wife, and H..H. Robinson and wife, were co-partners, doing business under the name of the Peterson and Robinson Cotton Company.
