Pro se Plaintiffs Virgie C. Gumpad and Jovita C. Sansano have brought this action under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). In a one-page handwritten Complaint (“Compl.”), Plaintiffs purport to be “substitute representatives” of deceased relatives Melchor and Ignacia Cupatan, who were denied Parent’s Insurance Benefits.
