— One question is presented: Is Dairyland Insurance Co., which issued an assigned risk policy to the defendant under the financial responsibility act, RCW 46.29, required to provide insurance coverage for plaintiff's damages where defendant, its insured, breached the cooperation clause of the insurance contract?
