Opinion

VERTEFEUILLE, J.

The defendant, Jermaine Woods, was convicted, after a trial before a three judge court, Cremins, O’Keefe and Eveleigh, Js., of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a (a). The defendant appeals 1 from the judgment of conviction claiming that: (1) the trial court improperly admitted the defendant’s testimony from a previous trial because that testimony was not voluntary; and (2) the defendant’s waiver of his right to a jury trial was not valid. We reject these claims and, accordingly, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
