Romala Corporation appeals the May 18, 1990 judgment of the United States Claims Court dismissing its action under the Contract Disputes Act against the government, in which it contended that in terminating a contract for Romala’s non-performance, the government breached the contract. Romala Corp. v. United States, 20 Cl.Ct. 435 (1990).
