The plaintiff brought this action to recover the sum of $275 for damages for personal injuries and medical expenses said to have resulted from the negligence and carelessness of the defendant’s employee in burning the back of petitioner’s head and neck while she was having her hair curled in the defendant’s place of business in this city on February 5, 1932, about 3 o’clock p. m.
