OPINION
THORNE, Judge:
{1 Isiah Bo'Cage Vos appeals his conviction of murder, a first degree felony. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-203 (2003). We affirm.
BACKGROUND
2 On the afternoon of October 21, 2004, Jeffrey Maestas was shot and killed near the intersection of 700 North and Star Crest Drive in Salt Lake City. By early on the morning of October 22, police had identified Vos as the primary suspect in the shooting.
