Plaintiff, Dennis Brown, appeals from the trial court’s judgment dismissing his action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The trial court found that there was insufficient pleading or proof to remove plaintiffs claim from Missouri’s workers’ compensation law. We affirm.
