Gloria Groh appeals the dismissal with prejudice of her personal injury claim against Terry Kohler for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Ms. Groh’s petition alleges that she and Ms. Kohler were both employees of Mr. LongArm, Inc. when Ms. Groh was injured while performing work for her employer at her employer’s place of business.
