The contentions are solely between the plaintiff and the defendants, Miller, and the first is as to the true state of plaintiff’s accounts *471for materials furnished for the building upon which a lien is claimed. Plaintiff alleges that the accounts, as set out in the petition, and in the clhims for liens filed with the clerk, are just and true. This the defendants deny, not generally, however, but as explained. They explain that the accounts as stated are not correct, for that certain of the items are improperly charged therein, that overcharges are made in certain other items, and that…
