The defendant and Grant Todd were charged with obtaining money under false pretenses. The defendant Haskins’ demurrer to the information was overruled. He was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in the state prison. Motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were denied, and this appeal is from the judgment and from the order denying said motions.
