MEMORANDUM ORDER AND OPINION GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART MOTION TO SUPPRESS

ROBINSON, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on defendant Pamela White’s Motion to Suppress (Doc. 18). Defendant asks this Court to suppress all items seized during the search of her vehicle on September 16, 2003, and statements made by her during and subsequent to the search. The Court held a hearing on defendant’s motion on September 30, 2004. After reviewing the parties’ filings and the evidence adduced at the hearing, the Court is now prepared to rule.
