Before the Court is Defendant Teddy Dean Davis’s Motion to Suppress Evidence [Docket 47]. By Order of Reference entered May 7, 2008, pretrial motions, including the pending motion, were designated for referral to United States Magistrate Judge R. Clarke VanDervort for submission of proposed findings and recommendations (PF & R) in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B).
