BEFORE THE COURT is Petitioner’s Amended Petition to Vacate and Set Aside a Conviction and Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Ct.Ree. 82), heard with oral argument on October 13, 1994.
