This is an action for a declaratory judgment (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 110, par. 57.1), seeking a construction of a clause in an insurance contract. Defendant appeals from an order of the trial court granting plaintiffs motion for summary judgment (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 110, par. 57). The issue on appeal involves only the definition of the word “relative," as used in the uninsured motorist provisions of an automobile insurance policy.
