Defendant appeals his conviction for possession and manufacture of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992. He assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.
Deputy Poppen received information from a confidential reliable informant who had made marijuana purchases from defendant at his residence and had smelled growing marijuana on the premises.
