Plaintiff Jennifer Arculeo brings this action for compensatory and punitive damages against defendants On-Site Sales & Marketing, LLC (“On-Site”) and Sanford Pankin d/b/a Crystal Hills, LLC (“Crystal Hills”), alleging numerous violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”) and the New York Human Rights Law (“NYHRL”), N.Y.
