A lucid narrative of the entangled events out of which this cause has arisen defies conciseness. The sequence of occurrences during a span of more than forty years must be related to intelligibly display the problem now projected for solution.

The parcel of real estate which the complainants as executors under the will of Marion S. Gane, deceased, have recently agreed to convey to the defendant Blanche G.
