Ferguson, Judge:

Tried by a special court-martial convened at Webb Air Force Base, Texas, the accused was found guilty of three specifications of larceny, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121, 10 USC § 921, and sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for three months, forfeiture of $64.00 per month for three months, and reduction. The supervisory authority disapproved the findings of guilty as to one specification and modified the sentence.
