Plaintiff is the widow of Charles 0. Baker who was an employee of the Towne Construction Company of Canton, Ohio, hereafter called Towne. For some time prior to Baker’s death, Towne had been engaged in work at the Philo, Ohio, plant of the Ohio Ferro-Alloys Corporation, hereafter called Ohio Ferro. Baker, with his fellow Towne employees, was working on a project which involved erecting heat shields for the purpose of protecting electrical conduits in the defendant Ohio Ferro’s plant.
