This is an appeal from the orders dated December 21, 1993, entered in the Court of Common Pleás of Allegheny County. 1 Herein, we are presented with questions of whether appellee has a viable cause of action against appellant, Robert P. Shuty, under the terms of a promissory note entered into between the parties. Further, we are asked to determine whether the lower court erred in awarding a money judgment to appellee for appellants’ fraudulent conveyance of property.
