On January 27, 2014, this Court entered an Opinion and Order1 granting the motion of 75 125th Holdings LLC (“Holdings”),2 substituting Holdings in place of Valley National Bank (“Valley”) as defendant in this adversary proceeding and dismissing the Adversary Complaint3 as to Valley/Holdings. The plaintiff, Samuel’s Temple Church of God in Christ (the “Church”), did not oppose the relief sought by Holdings.
