Before the Court are a Motion to Dismiss brought by Defendants Charles H. Copeland, Edward J. Breen, Lewis Baldwin, Robert McMullen and Greg Petachen'ko, and Motion for an Order Dismissing the Amended Complaint or, in the Alternative, to Stay This Action, brought by Defendants Air Line Pilots Association, Henry Duffy, and Randy Babbitt.
