Reversing.
D. J. Cooksey owned a house and lot in Glasgow, Kentucky. On August 20, 1910, he and his wife, E. J. Cooksey, by contract in writing, sold the property together with certain personal property therein, to Ellen E. Wren. The consideration was $100 to be paid when the contract was signed, and the balance of $3,400 to be paid November 1, 1910.
