In this suit under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 9601-9675, plaintiff Allied Corporation (“Allied”) moves for partial summary judgment on the amended counterclaim asserted by defendants James Frola and Albert Von Dohln.
