Arnold. Cooper was engaged in selling building materials under the name of A. & W. Cooper Company. The bill of complaint is filed to establish a lien for materials that went into the construction of the Cinderella Theatre. Charles M. Ross had the contract for the construction of the building from a certain date, at which time some construction work had'been done. Waive S. Ross is the wife of Charles M. Ross.
