This is an action by the insured on a policy of accident insurance to recover for the death of the beneficiary named therein, under a beneficiary insurance clause attached to the policy. In 1908, plaintiff took out a policy in the Pittsburgh Life and Trust Company, which was in the usual form of accident policies and provided certain indemnities therein specified for death or injuries caused by “external, violent and accidental means.” The premium specified was $22.00.
