Lincoln Trust & Savings Bank filed its bill of inter-pleader in the circuit court of Cook county, stating that there was pending in the superior court of Cook county an action at law against it, instituted by the defendants Efthemios A. Efthemiou and Tom B. Kormas, wherein they sought to recover certain money theretofore paid to complainant; that the same fund was claimed by the other defendants, Ernst P. Nelson and Selma W.
