This is ail appeal from interlocutory orders appointing a receiver and granting a temporary injunction entered upon the recommendation of a master in chancery. The hill was filed July 2, 1927, and defendant demurred thereto, which demurrer, we are informed, is still pending.

Briefly summarized, the bill alleges a contract between the complainant, an Indiana corporation, and defendant, a resident of Chicago, whereby defendant was to sell in Cook county, Illinois, certain kitchen equipment shipped to him by complainant.
