This is a suit in equity to have annulled, as fraudulent and void, a deed to real estate and to subject the real estate to a prior judgment held by plaintiff.

M. L. Parcells was the owner of a ranch, in Stillwater County, on which there was a mortgage, executed by Parcells, to secure payment of his promissory note for the sum of $3,000. The note and mortgage were held by plaintiff. May 14, 1919, for other property and further consideration, Par-cells traded the ranch, subject to the mortgage, to William A.
