Plaintiff Michael Mack (“Plaintiff’) alleges that defendants The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (“Port Authority”) and Dr. Scott Bergman (“Dr.Bergman” 1 ) (collectively, “Defendants”) created a hostile work environment and subjected him to disparate treatment in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
