This is an action brought pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 146 to review a decision of the Patent Office Board of Patent Interferences (the Board), that on November 29, 1971 awarded priority of invention to Montedison, S.p.A. From September 1972, until February of this year, a stay was ordered by this Court pending the resolution of an earlier-filed patent infringement action. That action involved the alleged infringement by numerous defendants 1 of Montedison’s United States Letters Patent Number 3,112,300 (the ’300 patent). The ’300 patent, which is…
