HEWITT, Judge.
On January 18, 2000, this court entered judgment in this matter in favor of plaintiff. On February 7, 2000, the Office of the Clerk of the Court received plaintiffs Motion for Reconsideration and Clarification of Order (Plaintiffs Motion I). Because plaintiff failed to timely file her motion, it was returned to plaintiff by Order of the court filed February 8, 2000. In response, plaintiff filed a Motion for Reconsideration and Motion to Vacate and Set Aside Order (Plaintiffs Motion II) on February 18, 2000.
