The above-named appellants were tried and convicted of grand larceny upon information filed by the prosecuting attorney of Idaho county, charging them with stealing certain horses. They have appealed from the judgment and assigned as error the action of the court in denying their motion to quash the jury panel; in overruling their *339objections to tbe motion of tbe state to indorse the names of certain witnesses upon the information, and the insufficiency of the evidence to sustain the conviction.
