The only ¡assignment of error presents for review the sufficiency of the evidence to survive the motion for nonsuit. In passing on this question we must evaluate the evidence in the light most favorable to the plaintiff. Lake v. Express Co., 249 N.C. 410, 106 S.E. 2d 518; McFalls v.
