This appeal is from a judgment, in favor of the appellees, Alex. Sommer and S. P. Shernberg, against the appellant, Caddy Oil Company, in the sum of $5,000.00, which the appellees claimed, that the appellant was due them for compensation, for procuring, for it, a purchaser of its property, known as the “Jack Wells” lease, which was, at that time, an oil producing prop*844erty.
