This case concerns the revocation by the state board of dental examiners of the licenses of the following dentists to practice their profession in the State of Colorado: Doctors John H. Miller, Charles W. Patch and Joseph R. Walsh. They took the matter to the district court for review on writs of certiorari. The court reversed the action of the board, and the board and its members bring error to review the judgment of the court.
