This is an original proceeding by mandamus, instituted by the relator in this court, to compel the respondents, the State Board of Dental Examiners, to rescind an order theretofore made by it revoking the license of relator to practice dentistry; to reinstate his original license; and to issue him a renewal license for the year 1909. An alternative writ was issued and served, and in due time respond*7ents filed their return.
