Plaintiff Kirsten Bowman brings this action seeking judicial review of the Commissioner’s final decision to deny disability insurance benefits (DIB). This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). I affirm the Commissioner’s finding on the issue of Plaintiff’s credibility. However, I conclude that the ALJ erred in rejecting a portion of Plaintiffs treating physician’s opinion.
