This matter comes before the Court on Nader Asghari-Kamrani and Kamran As-ghari-Kamrani’s (“Plaintiffs”) Motion for Judgment on Partial Findings under Fed. R. Civ. P. 52(c). ECF No. 368. After considering parties’ arguments, the Court ruled from the bench regarding Plaintiffs’ Motion and granted the Motion on April 25, 2017, ECF No. 370. This Order serves to elaborate on some of the findings the Court made at the conclusion of the bench trial and to set forth the reasons for the ruling more fully.
