1Per curiam
[¶ 1] Last year, this matter was before us on appeal from a judgment entered in the District Court (Belfast, Nivison, J.) terminating the mother’s and father’s parental rights to the child, David H. Following the appeal by both the mother and the father, 1 we affirmed the termination of parental rights judgment, see In re David, H., Mem-08-127 (July 8, 2008), ending an extensively litigated three-year process that had commenced when the Department of Health and Human Services (the Department) filed a petition for a child protection order in October 2005.
