THIS MATTER came before the Court on April 28, 2008 for trial upon the complaint to determine the validity, priority and extent of an alleged hen filed by Plaintiff, Robert C. Furr (“Trustee”) against Defendants Chester J. Finley (“Mr. Finley”) and The Corvette Experience, Inc. (“Corvette Experience”). The complaint seeks a determination that certain vehicles in the possession of the Trustee constitute property of the estate pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 541 and 551.
