Background:
On February 20, 2003, Morgansen’s LTD (Morgansen’s or debtor) filed a voluntary petition for chapter 11 relief. 1 This case was converted to one under chapter 7 by order of this Court on August 26, 2003 and Neil Ackerman, Esq.
