This is with respect to the January 10, 2002 motion of Valley Media, Inc. (“Valley” or the “Debtor”) to sell its inventory at auction 1 (“Auction Motion”) (Doc. 118) and the objections made by certain consignment vendors (“Objecting Vendors”) 2 to the Auction Motion (“Auction Objections”) 3 - The Auction Objections were primarily filed by vendors who, prepetition, provided the DNA division of Valley (“DNA”) with consignment goods under the terms of certain distribution agreements (“Distribution Agreements”).
