OPINION

BUA, District Judge.

The court conducted a hearing in this cause on September 14, 1978, to determine whether plaintiff should be granted a preliminary injunction, pursuant to Rule 65, Fed.R.Civ.P. It has taken detailed testimony from the parties and their witnesses. This testimony has uncovered a sharp disagreement between the parties, who are partners in a shopping center development, over the proper interpretation of their partnership agreement.
