GILBERTSON, Justice.
[¶ 1.] Jon W. Mattson and Barbara Matt-son (the Mattsons) filed suit against Jerry C. Rachetto and Joan Rachetto (the Rachettos) for rescission of a land contract. The Ra-chettos counterclaimed. Cross-motions for summary judgment were filed on all issues. The circuit court granted the Mattsons’ motion for summary judgment on the Rachet-tos’ counterclaims and the Mattsons’ motion for summary judgment on their complaint for rescission.
