The United States District Court for the District of Maryland, pursuant to Maryland Code (1974, 1980 Repl. Vol.), § 12-601 of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, has certified for our determination the following questions of state law:(1) Is a cause of action for "abusive discharge” recognized under the substantive law of the State of Maryland?(2) Do the allegations of the Amended Complaint, if taken as true, state a cause of action for "abusive discharge” under the substantive law of the State of Maryland?
