Plaintiff, Dujuan Ligons, as the personal representative of the estate of Edris Ligons, deceased, brought this wrongful death, medical malpractice action against Crittenton Hospital, David Bruce Bauer, M.D. (Dr. Bauer), and Dr. Bauer’s practice, Rochester Emergency Group, EC. (REG).
