| ¡/This is an action for breach of a “Confidential Settlement and Release Agreement” resolving a prior lawsuit between the parties regarding a distribution agreement for Louisiana Football Magazine.1 Clyde Lee Brecheen, Jr. (“Brecheen”) is the sole owner of Louisiana Sports Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Louisiana Football Magazine (“LSE”).
